Flexible Working

We want work to be a thing that you do, not a place that you go. We offer a flexible environment where you can work from the place you're most productive in your role. We're also flexible about hours.

Team Activities

Our Melbourne team go for a pub lunch every Friday and hold other regular social events ranging from breakfasts to post-work drinks in the sun. We all get together to celebrate bigger milestones - last year the entire crew went to Bali!

Development

We support growth and development for all our people and ensure they have a plan and guidance to ensure you get to where you want to go. For example, Roi started as an intern and is now our CRO, and Maddi went from Tech Support to Product Manager.

Paid Parental Leave

We want you to have the time and space you need during what can be a challenging as well as an exciting period. We offer 6 weeks paid leave for a primary caregiver and 4 weeks paid leave for a secondary caregiver and we'll continue to support you with flexibility when you’re ready to return.

Wellness Program

The wellbeing of our team is something we take seriously. We think it’s important to have help for when personal challenges arise and you need support from independent, experienced professionals. So every Upticker has access to our Employee Assistance Program.
