Flexible Working

We want work to be a thing that you do, not a place that you go. We offer a flexible environment where you can work from the place you're most productive in your role. We're also flexible about hours.

Team Activities

We hold monthly company socials and organise bigger events to celebrate big milestones. Last year the team went to Dublin and stayed in a Chateau in Southern France!

Development

We support growth and development for all our people and ensure they have a plan and guidance to ensure you get to where you want to go. For example, Roi started as an intern and is now our CRO, and Maddi went from Tech Support to Product Manager.

Paid Parental Leave

We offer 4 weeks paid parental leave for primary caregiver, and 2 weeks for secondary caregiver and we'll continue to support you with flexibility when you’re ready to return.

Wellness Program

The wellbeing of our team is something we take seriously. We think it’s important to have help for when personal challenges arise and you need support from independent, experienced professionals. So every Upticker has access to our Employee Assistance Program.
